Steve Knier, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Knier has 21 years of experience in the training of technical and business professionals. He was the founder and CEO of American Research Group, Inc., one of the largest privately held technical training companies in North America. American Research Group was purchased by Global Knowledge Network. Mr. Knier also was the founder and CEO of Perceptex, a multimedia technical training company focused on high-quality content development and the sales and distribution of proprietary and third-party self-paced training products. In addition, Mr. Knier served for five years as President of American Institute, Inc., an international training company that was instrumental in introducing one of the industry's first voice/data communication certification programs. He co-founded National Business Institute, Inc., a U.S.-based training company that provided business-to-business professional business management courses and Professional Education Systems Inc., a continuing legal education training company that provided a complete curriculum of training courses for the legal, financial and business communities.


David Mantica, President
David Mantica has over 18 years of experience in product development, marketing and executive management in the business-to-business for profit training industry. He has Product Managed the development of curriculum and courses that have been delivered throughout the world and which have generated over $150 million in revenue. He was instrumental in the development of the CompTIA Learning Alliance, chaired its Training Provider Task Force and held positions on the boards of the DSLcon and Frame Relaycon trade shows, and is currently on the Board of the IIOM. He helped found the TruSecure Certification offering, has written numerous articles for Certification Magazine, Outside Plant Magazine, & Communication News. David has spoken at major education and technology conferences including Comdex Chicago, OSP Conference, 1-jobs Career Fairs, ACUTA Conferences and at numerous IIBA and PMI regional chapter meetings. Also he has lead over 20 web seminars informing over 2500 business professionals on training and technology topics. David’s expertise is in understanding the business drivers that underscore the need for technology and in finding a marketing place for educational products to help professionals achieve competitive advantage through the alignment of business and IT.


Frank Beanland, CFO
Frank Beanland has 20 years of experience in the IT industry in various capacities of CFO, accounting, finance, commercial, business development, technical support, account management, systems integration and entrepreneurial management. As a partner and Chief Financial Officer for Csoft International, Frank has used 15 years in the retail systems industry to build and run a profitable startup software organization developing the premier Point-of-Sale solution for the retail industry and a new E-Commerce POS solution for the Wireless Telco and ASP market. He sold Csoft International to Marconi Commerce Systems in 1999.


Clay Pernell, Vice President of Sales
Clay Pernell has over 20 years of diverse sales management experience in the business-to-consumer and the business-to-business sectors. He has held Senior Sales Leadership positions in both the retail and research content industries previously. In these roles he was responsible for millions of dollars in revenue as well as the leadership of national sales teams. He has a successful track record of growing revenue year after year in addition to the development of countless award winning Sales Associates. He has been recognized globally for his sales management performance. In addition, Clay has successfully called upon Fortune 500 companies and negotiated enterprise solutions. Clay brings a wealth of experience in market analysis, team development and new business development.
